Course Description:
This two-day course prepares individuals to conduct competency validations for the employees within their respective companies.
Learning objectives:
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
- Understand the role of the Validator within the Competency Management and Development System (CMDS); ;
- Describe challenges in implementing the validation process;
- Describe how learning styles affects validations;
- Describe how a learning model is used to develop the CMDS;

- Describe ways of providing constructive feedback to individuals to enhance behavior change;
- List the principles of evidence;
- Use evaluation tools to validate knowledge and skills;
- Record and submit validations on the CMDS system. .
