Course Description:

This two-day course prepares individuals to conduct competency validations for the employees within their respective companies.

Learning objectives:

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the role of the Validator within the Competency Management and Development System (CMDS); ;
  2. Describe challenges in implementing the validation process;
  3. Describe how learning styles affects validations;
  4. Describe how a learning model is used to develop the CMDS;
