H2S Alive Blended Renewal

If you have an H2S Alive certificate that is still valid but expiring soon, you can renew through the H2S Alive Blended Renewal option.

Successfully complete an online theory exam and skills assessment and your H2S Alive certificate will be renewed for 3 years.

Please note, to be eligible for the blended H2S recertification option you must have a CURRENT (not expired) H2S Alive certificate.

Once you have completed the recertification, please send your new certificate to your CMDS admin to update your record.
