Important update: new domain name for Skills Passport
We're making an important update to how you access training orientations managed and delivered using CMDS. We are transitioning from the current domain (skillspassport.com) to a new domain (myorientations.com).
To help you prepare for this change, we've outlined the details below.
What's changing?
Currently, the starting page is accessed at:
https://www.skillspassport.com
We'll be switching to:
https://www.myorientations.com
This change will take place across all environments on February 17, 2026 at 8:00 PM MST.
This is a system configuration change only, with no impact on system features, functions, or data.
Technical Note: We'll configure the old starting page so that users who visit the old site with bookmarked links are automatically forwarded to the new site.
Why the change?
The new name says exactly what it does. The name "Skills Passport" is clever, but a little too abstract. "My Orientations" is clearer and more intuitive for our customers, contractors and employees.
What this means for you
- Check with IT: Confirm with your IT department whether myorientations.com needs to be whitelisted to ensure uninterrupted access, especially in controlled network environments.
- Test early: The new domain is active and ready to use today. Visit www.myorientations.com and take advantage of its early availability to confirm access before the switchover.
- No action on data: There will be no impact to your data or application functionality — this is a URL change only.
