Field personnel in the Oil and Gas Industry are often promoted into supervisory or management positions based on their technical expertise. Working in cooperation with Lakeland College, CMDS has developed a program to assist these people in being successful with the additional responsibilities that they acquire in more senior roles. This program focuses specifically on supervisory and management issues related to the oil and gas industry. Completion of the program leads to a Government of Alberta recognized diploma, issued by Lakeland.
